The Cole Haan men's coat was a complete winner on my DH. (Thanks, <b>Angie</b>, for the tip!) We did size up, so he could wear a bulky sweater under it. He's getting back to his old exercise routine, and the coat will still fit, even if he loses his pandemic 15:). The EF magenta top is absolutely gorgeous- lovely color, great quality silk and construction. Alas, my 23.5" head only barely fits through the funnel neck. I was very torn about keeping it, but am holding to PPP, so returning, since I don't want to have to be too precious taking it on and off. The Sweaty Betty top is super cute, and the seam details are a nice touch. I have it coming in lime green as well, so will decide on color once I get that one. Many of my purchases were long-overdue planned purchases for the home we bought two years ago (wine glasses, bath mat), needed by growing kids (shorts, jeans, polo), and replacements for worn out items (bras for me, coat for DH.) So, it was a good year to have a NAS that was focused on basics. And then when the tops popped back, I thought I should have at least a little fun with NAS:). I had almost given up, since it's the last day of the sale. Of the first three tops, I'll probably only keep one, if that. I was on the fence about the dress, but it ticks a lot of boxes, and the reviews are generally great. DH is trying the Cole Haan car coat- a replacement for one that's 20+ years old, and has a ripped lining, and older DS scored a pair of jeans, so my boys are continuing to do well at the sale this year. Now I wait for everything to arrive! </p> <p>(ETA a few comments about some of the items that have arrived.)</p>
