My second wave of stuff has arrived!  Sam Edelman Chesney loafer I chose the ones in white. Ias able to wear my normal 9.5 in these comfortably. I picked one up out of the box and was surprised at how heavy the toe end of the shoe was! They are fabulous, and keepers. Excited to wear them with navy pants. Ugg Milana II Mocs Cute, and something I have been looking for. I don't love the insole- it feels like I am walking on a bubble. I could replace those, but I don't love them enough to keep them. The nubuck is a nice texture, and the charcoal gray is also nice. I wanted them in Chestnut to sort of remind me of my mom's moccasins when I was a kid. I loved putting those on!  J. Crew Cameron High Rise Fit fine, but I already own a couple of pairs of black ankle pants, and these aren't different or exciting enough to merit a purchase.  Zella Favorite Hoodie  Bought this in black and love it. I keep my house cool in the winter, so I am excited about being able to wear this.  Vince Camuto Houndstooth jacket This is another piece that I loved. Fits well in the shoulders, and looked great with jeans. Like the pattern, I end up wearing lots of black pants to work, and this will break up the all black monotony that I have going on with jackets.  Not Anniversary Sale (but was last year!): Pendleton Cheyenne coat I've had this on my Amazon wishlist and found it for $132 over the weekend. Sold! It arrived today. The quality is lovely- wool, weave, pattern, construction. The fit is good- perfect amount of room in the shoulders. I hesitate buying something that's not a true rain jacket in the Pacific Northwest, but we'll see. My 9.5 trending on 10 feet fit just fine in a 9.5 with the perfect amount of room to spare!  OK! I'll keep the Foxcroft shirt. I do have a few other things from them (some are now too big-- Dress for Success will be happy to get them), but I do still very much love this knit sweater from them. I also had trouble with one foot due to my high instep. But once it was on, it felt good and it sure seems like that leather is going to stretch. For me, if I have to wear an undergarment so that my midriff doesn’t play peek a boo, I am all the time aware of it. I do love the sleeves on this top. I own the Josef Seibel sneakers. Same color. Crew Cameron. I was really tempted by the emerald green ones, but I decided to go for something that I can wear throughout the year. I already have a pair of bright blue pants that don't get enough wear! I am also going to try the Any Day stretch ponte pants. Anything that doesn't need to be ironed after being in a suitcase wins points in my book. Other than our feet, you and I have a number of similarities. I haven’t posted my review yet but I LOVE the j. Crew Cameron high rise pants. If you need more pants, might be worth a look. They are “cropped” which means I can wear them off the hanger as regular length or have them altered to actually be cropped. Re: the Halogen knit top, I would find it annoying to have to wear an under layer but maybe you do that regularly anyway. In general about me if it helps: apple shape, currently losing weight (yes!), so somewhere between an XL in regular, size 16, and 0X/14W/16W depending on the item and the fit. Long torso and short legs! Shoe size 9.5. High arches and pretty average foot width.  Here is what I tried this time around:  Caslon Colorblock tee in yellow: nice weekend piece. Keeping.  Halogen Strip Knit top: a little short. Interesting fabric and I do like it. If I keep it, I'll need to wear something under it to keep from showing my mid-section.  Halogen puff sleeve sweater in yellow: does not fit me at all like the model. Scratchy.  Going back.  Treasure and Bond Sporty Striped Sweater: very cute, I actually like the detail on the shoulders. I had a cardigan from Halogen (I think) that had a similar pleating and loved it. Keep.  Foxcroft Fall Tartan Plaid Shirt: on the fence if I really need this. I love the colors, and it fits well.  NYDJ Stretch Knit Trousers: these fit my proportionally larger waist and smaller hips so well! They need to be shortened for me to wear them, though. Typical of NYJD for me. Think I'll keep them.  NYDJ Betty Ankle Pants: These for some reason fit a little less well, but the ankle thing is so trendy and usually works with my short legs just fine. On the fence.  Pikolinos Oxfords: posted in another thread, but 40 is waaaay too small. I'm very sad they have to go back. A 41 is also unlikely to fit.  Zella Plank pants: Tight in the wrong places and loose in others. A little too long for me as well. They had potential on the screen. Rebecca Minkoff Koso booties in Red: I am SO keeping these and am going to wear them every day. That is all. I love red shoes, and these fit the bill. I'm a bit of a straight leg pant kinda gal, so these will go well with my current pant selections.  Josef Seibel Caspian Sneaker in Grigio-- had a pair of these awhile ago that were worn out and replaced with the same color. I think these also run small, so a 41 it is.
