Falke socks are usually fab, DonnaF.

I see two top picks, which is super fab! The vest and sweater :)

It will be fun to see you in that skirt!

I'd keep the chunkier earrings.

I own a couple of pairs of Falke socks (not sure why when I look at the find it says Cake). They’re nice , the fit is good but honestly If Darn Tough did solid color socks I’d tell you not to spend the $ on the Falkes.

@Suz: I'm pretty sure I will keep the skirt and shirt. DD and DH just decided tonight that bright colorful clothing would be the order of the day for my MIL's Celebration of Life. For a long time I had a red orange (Angie colors) dress on my Wish List but didn't order it because I didn't have a wedding or the like on my calendar. Boo-hoo, looks like it is completely sold out and nowhere to be found now that I have "or the like" event.

@Kate: Yes, I associated Falke with Wolford and the like and decided to take the plunge on their socks.

I’ve never tried Falke’s socks, but their tights are wonderful, so I imagine their socks are good too. I find Falke quality similar to Wolford, and a bit cheaper to boot.

Sounds like a mixed bag, Donna, but you have shared some good info. I like the burgundy top a lot. I have no intel on the socks. Are you going to keep the skirt and the button up shirt? Of the earrings, I prefer the chunkier version myself. Too bad about the shoes, but you have others to fit the purpose, so onwards....

Wah! I lost my review just before I was about to post!!!

JEWELRY: I tend to buy necklaces and not wear them because I lack full finger functionality so struggle with clasps as well as best length. I haven't pulled out the pendant yet, but the other necklaces look most assuredly fake. The earrings are a tiny bit bigger than huggie size; which ones should I keep?

BAGS: Smaller than I expected. The black one is too small to wear over my shoulder, and the Mali is about the same size and similar in color to another one I have from the same company. Bpth going back.

SOCKS: I've never bought Falke socks. These are spendy for me. Any experience with them?

BURGUNDY SWEATER: Get this if it comes back in stock. Also comes in black. The armholes aren't too big! I got my normal size and the length would probably work for most folks. In this type of style I sometimes need to go up a size so it's not too clingy but this was fine.

OXFORDS: They have kind of a wedge heel and kind of not. They still looked orthopedic with a dress/skirt. I generally wear 7 and sometimes 7.5; I needed 7.5 in these. I have pewter sneakers from last NAS and gray oxfords. If I had neither or didn't have the gray oxfords I would probably keep these as they are very comfortable although as I said, orthopedic looking.

PUFFER VESTS: The pleather one runs a size big and was big all over one me. I found it too stiff to wear indoors, but maybe that was just because it was too big. The nylon one was perfect and will probably become a workhorse. I am long waisted but also 5'1" so non-petite folks may find it too short.

GRAY BLOUSE: A bit of a Western vibe due to the yoke. Feels like a brushed fabric. I often have to go down a size if available when I buy blouses and shirts and this was no different. I found the cut flattering.

V-NECK JUMPER: This is cut for a taller person; i could tell the hips were too low. Taking it up at the shoulders would not help. It just didn't sit right around the bust, and the straps hanging down in back (mentioned by an online reviewer) was just WEIRD. My daughter ordered the same dress and is built quite differently so I'm looking forward to learning her impression. I found it sufficiently long, so she will probably find it too long.

SKIRT: This arrived pretty wrinkled and misting it with water helped only slightly. Looks like I will have to get out my steamer or even my iron. This looks to be barely short enough for a Petite; a fraction of an inch longer and I would deem it too long. It runs true to size so I bought my normal XS (0-2).
