They should be able to do it on the phone. They told me the debit card entitled me to shopping at NAS prior to it opening to the public. I am not setting up any sort of appointment but I will be near a store on July 13 so I hope I can find a few things. I'm not sure if that's what they're going to do this year, but I liked it better. </p> <p>The only thing is, many of the best items are GONE after the first day or two of pre-sale.
