Yay! So great that they worked for you. I've got my fingers crossed that the boots I ordered will work for me, too. I don't think I'm going to be as lucky.

It makes sense that you need duplicates in winter boots, hoping that all of these work for you. A very stylish selection.

Cool. These look like great snow boots, and your toasty toes will thank you this winter. They also look LIGHT, which I can’t say for my Sorels

A win! The three pairs arrived today (incredible shipping), and the snow boots fit perfectly. And although three of my four pairs of black boots will probably make it through the winter, my older pair of snow boots are long overdue for a replacement.

They are on the more casual side, but when you need snow boots for the morning commute in the deep winter (where I change into pumps at work), I think that’s fine. As additional functional pluses, they’re taller than the snow boots they replace and built for deep cold, and will work with my winter uniform of black tights, dresses, and knee-length navy and dark purple coats.

Fingers crossed for everyone’s orders coming in!

Thanks, Kathie, Barbara Diane, Thistle, 3style, and Suz!

Although it would be great to find success, I feel like every year I do extensive online research, end up returning every pair to Zappos or Nordstrom, then when I've given up, stumble upon an unexpected great fit at, say, a consignment shop. So I have confidence it'll work out either way

Penny, I’ve got an earlier generation of that Cole Haan boot. It’s pretty narrow through the ankle, which helps it look nice, even if the top is a bit wider than I’d prefer. However they are comfortable to walk so that’s pretty rare for me. I like the shaft height, but I’ve got super long shin bones, so that height might be more likely to be an issue. Since they have fabric in the back, it could conceivably fit to mid kneecap and still be comfortable, if you don’t mind that look.

Enjoying reading everyone's posts about NAS!

For better or worse, I went into the sale feeling good about my wardrobe: allocated right for my lifestyle (majority work wear, followed by weekend wear, and then formal wear) and reflective of my style preferences and my current style: overall, a wardrobe that I love and works for me.

BUT I am always searching for a good black boot - I'm hard on winter boots, and have a hard time finding a good fit for my long feet, narrow calves, and short legs. Although I currently have four pairs of black boots (two dressy, two snow), they're all showing wear despite annual repairs.

Accordingly, my NAS order has been limited to the below items - my return rate is very high for boots, so my hopes are modest. The first two may end up being too tall or too wide, while the third may be too casual, although could be a good replacement for a pair of worn Totes snow boots.

We'll see if something works out - good luck to everyone else on their purchases, and looking forward to seeing other picks!
