The three pairs arrived today (incredible shipping), and the snow boots fit perfectly. And although three of my four pairs of black boots will probably make it through the winter, my older pair of snow boots are long overdue for a replacement. </p> <p>They are on the more casual side, but when you need snow boots for the morning commute in the deep winter (where I change into pumps at work), I think that’s fine. It’s pretty narrow through the ankle, which helps it look nice, even if the top is a bit wider than I’d prefer. However they are comfortable to walk so that’s pretty rare for me. I like the shaft height, but I’ve got super long shin bones, so that height might be more likely to be an issue.
