Thanks! Hmmm. I can't decide whether the photorealistic flowers are me or not.

I retried both the blue and the white today and am keeping the white! I really thought I was going to prefer the blue, but the flowers on white look so bright and pretty :)

I'll probably wear a cami underneath, but it's not really shear. You could just wear a tshirt bra.

ATlynn, do you like the floral sweater in white? I thought about ordering it, but it was back ordered until September sometime last I looked. Would it require a layer underneath?

JAileen, I hear you about the gray shoes issue - I've been looking for a pair of gray flats since my last pair died at least a year ago, and nothing has been a true grey - taupe, greige, brown, tan...

Thanks, kkards and crutcher. I actually feel like I've got a pretty good handle on what I will and won't wear this year, thanks to YLF.

I share your frustration over shoe color. I went grey last year and have kind of changed my wardrobe's color scheme. My new favorite neutral is grey. When I search online for grey shoes I find a lot if them to look tan instead. I guess they might be taupe. Anyway, they do not look grey to me!

I love the olive jacket and have thought about it, but have done nothing. I have bought exactly nothing (so far) from NAS. If I'm going to, I'd better get going.

Well done and great restraint! I like what you've kept, but agree that's too bad about the shoe colours - why do they do that? Nice to give the credit card a wee rest

Great final picks and impressive self control. I returned almost everything I tried, and ended up keeping mostly basics and gear. The only two items I kept that can be seen on their own outside of the gym are the Halogen floral sweater (I have both navy and white and am still trying to decide which to keep) and the Caslon zip hem tunic.

My NAS purchases were minimal this year and ended up being even more so. After thinking about it, I returned both the Pleione mixed media tunic - decided that the pale blue was not the most flattering, and the fabric was really wrinkle prone - and the Halogen knit moto - the length bugged me and the facings kept flipping out as I moved while trying it on, one of my serious pet peeves with jackets. Both were OK pieces and I certainly could have worn them but in the meantime I'd found a couple pieces at other stores' summer sales that were a better use of my money.

I had originally ordered the Born flats in the Ash (gray/taupe), and then decided that I should get the Fig (brown) too. I was surprised that both colors we so similar when I got them home, so I ended up returning the Ash because I think the Fig will be a bit more versatile. It's too bad that the colors weren't a bit more different, the brown darker or the grey lighter, because then I would have definitely kept both.

Blazer wise I kept the Caslon olive knit blazer. I had ordered the Olivia Moon berry blazer in both L and XL and decided on keeping the XL.

And on that note, I will now settle into some serious no shopping for a month or two!
