I like the dress best with the darker blazer, but I wonder if it would look better still with a shrug of some sort--a short sweater or jacket that doesn't cover up the waist so much. <br />I would worry less about weather and more about heel height with the booties. As others have pointed out, you can add things to the soles and waterproof the suede. I have surprised myself with some heels in the past--thought I couldn't go beyond X height, but then some shoe with X+ height came along and proved me wrong.
