Thanks for input. I think I'll order a size up in the maple just to see.

Order half a size up, just to be sure. The brown is quite dark, but lovely.

They look great over your jeans.

No help except to say this is why I have trouble ordering shoes online (though I do it). I know if I could just try it on, I'd be able to tell if up or down is the "right" size because I can judge the fit in all of the key areas. Or whether the shoe just isn't made for my foot. But it's so much $$ and hassle to order 2 sizes. I don't like trusting things to stretch out, and if my toes are tight at the beginning they will often be killing me after the first day of wear.
Do you want to just order the second size and compare?

I've been wanting a pair of casual, rugged boots so I thought I'd give these Angie picks a try. I ordered them in black which is kind of a washed out black. I really like them and love the double zips which make them easy to get on and gives a nice option to wear them partially unzipped. They are just the tiniest touch tight in my toes so I'm wondering if I should try a size up. Some of the review say they stretch and some say to size up. Has anyone else had these? Also, has anyone seen them in the maple color? It looks like a dark brown in the pictures but if they were more of a cognac color I might be interested in them instead. Thanks for looking and for your opinions.
