The waist came too high on me and I returned the skirt but am still thinking about it. I would probably need to wear a top with a welted bottom in just the right length. The skirt is beautiful and well made. I also don't think the fabric would wrinkle. It is in clearance an priced at $29.97 down from $79. The waist size is a little smaller than the Halogen seamed pencil skirt. I have those in size 2 and a 4 or even 6 is my size for the pleated skirt. The quality is fabulous and it does not wrinkle. The length is as shown on the models for me in a size 4.<br /> Just thought I'd tempt anyone who has been thinking about this skirt. </p>
