The boots were marked as different sizes so I was able to return three of the items that didn't work perfectly at no cost! To put this in perspective, I've returned a $200 item to Nordstrom for $45 in the past so this is huge!</p> <p>The trench's sleeves were still too long in the petite. I thought about having them altered but the belt was a little high on the waist so I decided to hold out for something better. It's a beautiful coat though and in every other way it ticked the boxes. I decided not to reorder the boots because I think they're just a touch too high in the shaft - touching the bottom of my knee cap. I decided to also return the Halogen tunic in a large because I think it's too big. I'm still deciding if I should order it in the medium. It's beautiful and works perfectly for my casual lifestyle.</p> <p>Yay Nordstrom - fantastic customer service even for a Canuck! </p>
