Tough, tough decision on color of the EF tunic. The cabernet is kind of plummy. I might call it boysenberry. It's really luscious, a deep, cool purple-red shade. The blue would be a slam dunk on you, though. <br />2. The black windowpane on the NYDJ top is black with narrow white or off-white lines; the squares formed by the lines are probably about 3" x 3".<br />3. I would choose blue (Samantha straight-leg). The gray is kind of worn looking, and the blue ones are definitely a denim wash, yet very uniform and rather dark. So I think they are dressier looking, neater, more classic, and a pretty shade of dark blue denim for you. I bought this shirt myself, so I just went and measured. The lines are about 3 mm wide and the grid is about 5 cm. So the effect is a mostly black shirt with a simple open white grid. Obviously, I like it since I chose it myself :)</p> <p>The grey jeans are a little faded on the thighs and the blue jeans aren't. So the grey will be a bit more casual and the blue more polished. I can't get the CE link to work but the Halogen is a very good looking jacket and I think the smocked panels would make it easy to fit.<br /> On to the dresses....the CE stretch silk is a very conservative dress, long sleeved, high neck, small geometric pattern. Would you be wearing this to work? It doesn't seem like a party or special occasion dress to me. The second dress is a great colour and pattern, but double check that it's long enough for you. I think the description says 41 inches.<br /> Now the bottoms...the black pointe look great if you need another pair of black then these would be a good choice. I also really like the dark denim straight legs - they would be a great basic. The grey ones look a bit too tight, almost "sausagey", in the photo, but maybe someone has tried them IRL and could give better feedback.<br /> And finally the tops - the EF looks lovely and you know the quality will be good. I like the Halogen tie neck too, but again it's a conservative looking blouse. I can't get the link for the VC georgette, but I love the NYDJ Henley. Berry Pacifica is a really pretty floral with a light background. If you decide against the Halogen then you could order the Henley in two colour ways.<br /> I'm kind of meh on the Fossil bag. The chevrons are quite large, and I'm not crazy about the orangey-tan colour mixed with the black and cream.
