Rather than encouraging buying everything, I think Angie would instead help me buy less, but better. </p> <p>I am keeping the NYDJ "ski" ponte pant. I also have the KUT Diana skinny pant in ponte coming in a smaller size to compare. The KUTs are a bit heavier. The NYDJ legging wasn't a great fitfor me. The plum Paige jeans were way too skinny a fit all over for me. I have ordered 2 other pairs , both NYDJ, one in light blue and one in wine, just to add a bit of color in my bottoms.</p> <p>I also want to add a bootcut style in black. The Angie-recommended Classiques Entier and another style in ponte are on their way. I also want denim bootcut jeans. I ordered 2 styles, both Paige, and I really like one of them-the Keely Skyline- and will compare that to the Transcend when it arrives.</p> <p>I am keeping both of the floral sweaters. The weight is nice for my climate and I love the colors and the fit. At such a good price I am fine with duplicating. I am also keeping 2 toppers- the charcoal mixed knit motto and the black and gray poncho sweater.</p> <p>Gryffin, yes I ordered the suit! I know it might not work for me but the more I think about it, the more I hope it does! AND I ordered the olive coat from Angie's picks. They fit just like my tall ones (Find below) on the foot, and feel fine to me. It's a patchwork of different knits and textures with some raw edges; I think the mix makes it interesting.</p> <p>The light gray boucle cardigan was a nice shade but way too bathrobe looking for me. </p> <p>Another topper that I might keep is this black/gray poncho. I have a charcoal cashmere poncho sweater that I have loved wearing. The fit is good but the way it hangs in the middle is just a bit off and I know that will bother me. Plus I'm afraid it could be itchy. So that one is going back. </p> <p>The Curio looked like a fun style to try (I love color blocking and the colors of this one) but it didn't work for me. I couldn't get the wide neckline to lay properly and I am done with clothes that require fussing.</p> <p>I've not yet received the Classiques Entier bootcut pants but I really hope they work. I plan to spend time on Saturday re-evaluating everything. Plus I have already ordered some additional items, different sizes, etc. so I won't be able to make final decisions on some things.</p> <p>On my list were black slim leg pants, replacement bootcut jeans, black bootcut pants, boots in gray/taupe/pewter (in other words, non black!), toppers, tanks or tops to layer, lighter weight sweaters and colored jeans.</p> <p>The finds show some of the things I tried...</p> <p>The Lafayette silk tank is really nice and it fits very well. I got it in petite and took a size smaller than usual. </p> <p>The Caslon long cardigan is a nice shade of charcoal and really soft.&nbsp;I like how the open weave adds texture and it's&nbsp;is a good choice for my climate. </p> <p>I got a pair of Paige skinnies a couple of years ago that have been winners. So I ordered the plum ones and they are way too tight and a really skinny fit. I've ordered another style (NYDJ) in a more burgundy shade; hopefully those will work better. </p> <p>Not all florals appeal to me but I really like the colors, fit&nbsp;and weight of&nbsp;the Halogen sweater enough that I might keep both of them.&nbsp;Is that too much duplication? I&nbsp;don't have a&nbsp;whole lot of pattern in my wardrobe.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The Diana ponte pants are very nice. I also got the popular NYDJ "ski" pant so I plan to keep one or even both of these since they are such a staple for me. I also tried NYDJ leggings but they didn't work as well, as they were a bit baggy at the thigh.</p> <p>The tunic was just an impulse addition&nbsp;and I love it! (I got the black). It is long, very fluid and so so soft. I don't usually wear turtlenecks but it's nice and loose. Glad I didn't order any pricey glassware!</p> <p>And now I am anxious to get home and check out all my goodies!</p>
