And burgundy looks amazing on you!</p> <p>The only item of the bunch I tried is the Halogen skirt and we had very different experiences with it. I feel that it masks my lumps and bumps and I have lots to conceal. I kinda felt similar about the zipper skirt, to be honest. The fabric looked nice from a distance, but had that plasticy poly feel on the skin, and definitely was thinner than I would prefer. I think it would probably work for the thin and fit, but I don't want anything that I absolutely must wear Spanx with at all times. The neck was too tight for me and I have a scrawny neck. I may try out the turtleneck Angie recommended.</p> <p>I've decided against the&nbsp;Halogen® Bouclé &amp; Knit Drape Collar Jacket. I wasn't impressed with its construction. The sleeve fabric was very thin. I bought the wrong size, but even if I sized down, I don't think it would be flattering on me.</p> <p>I've also decided against the&nbsp;Halogen® Cascade Front Jacket. It's nicer than the bouclé&nbsp;one, but I'd have to size down and I'm just not sure it looks good on me.</p> <p>I'm going to be blunt about the next item. The&nbsp;Halogen® Asymmetrical Zip Pencil Skirt looks good in the product photos, but I think it's a disaster. The fabric is icky. It shows off every lump and bump and just feels nasty.&nbsp;</p> <p>As Thistle noted, the&nbsp;Halogen® Asymmetrical Wool &amp; Cashmere Sweater isn't all that flattering on pear shaped ladies. She's right.</p> <p>I was disappointed when I tried on the&nbsp;MICHAEL Michael Kors Plaid Wool Blend Coat. It's made very nicely. It's not flattering enough on me, though, so it's going back. &nbsp;</p> <p>That long vest won't sit properly on my shoulders and makes me look wider all the way down.&nbsp;</p> </p>
