They are very lightweight (good for my mild snowless winters). &nbsp;The shape of the heel makes them really stable without looking clunky. &nbsp;I ordered my usual 5 1/2 and they are slightly narrow but TTS. &nbsp;I have narrow calves and these fit snugly.</p> <p>In fact, they fit TOO snugly in the calves, creating something like a muffin top effect. &nbsp;(You can see this in the picture, I think.) &nbsp;If I loved the boots, I would try them with tights to see if that cured the problem.</p> <p>However, I am returning them. &nbsp;I like them, but I don't love them. &nbsp;The shape of the toe is more almond and less pointy than I thought it would be. &nbsp;THey are a bit too tall.&nbsp; And because they are so light weight and fit so snugly, they make my feet and calves look really small - and I have a thing about my feet and my calves being to small for the rest of my body.</p> <p>These would be great for someone, just not me. &nbsp;I hope others who've ordered them have better luck!</p> <p> </p>
