I don't know if it makes you feel any better, but I have a feeling there were a lot of newbie SAs because of the sale. I had a hard time finding a dress I was looking for, too - trying to explain that something was "on sale" but not part of the "anniversary sale" and inquiring whether I could find a certain brand in the "dresses" section or one of their descriptive sections was like pulling teeth. The store remodel is completed and I think they downsized the bras - it's very boutique and cool looking but very little in way of bra fixtures on the floor. None of my size was on the sales floor, in any brand. And the selection of PJs from the sale was small too. Work is crazy with tons of construction and also kids just home from summer camp. </p> <p>Stopped by my local Nordstrom for a quick shop (I have perused website a bit and many YLF all posts) but wither I was too tired, in wrong mood or just didn't find much. It does not help that I really need lightweight tops for work.Pretty warm in building for first few hours of morning. Fall may be better but I don't want to buy things I can't use. </p> <p>In Women's area I picked up the Sojour blazer in aqua and a purple knit top. They were out of the jeans i wanted.<br /> Here's the rant:<br /> I really need new bras so popped up to Lingerie. This store was recently remodeled and they only have a few bra styles from each brand on the floor. My usual Wacoal was barely represented and it is the sale feature. They had rounders supposedly by size but nothing above a 38DDD on the floor was easily spotted. A sales person from hosiery noticed me wandering confused and offered to help - I told her my size and it confused her. She didn't know about G cups and brought me the wrong size twice. She just kept telling me that they took the bras off the sales floor because of the sale.<br /> I have been in retail for 25 years. I don't understand pulling sale merchandise OFF the floor for a sale. Apparently they will have someone go get what you want if you can describe it and find a free associate. even Thursday at 7pm this was hard.<br /> Very disappointed in service for the first time at Nordstrom </p> <p>In any case, I bought a navy blue bra for first time lol. I really needed black but hoping this will do. </p> <p>Hope you are all well and enjoying the summer!! </p>
