I am personally undecided. I usually (like many above) wear complementary colors on nails and toes. I might give it a try, but Kate makes a good point. Sure, people notice that Vanessa Hudgins did this because she is a celebrity and people scrutinize her...would anyone actually notice, assuming toes are visible, what is going on? On the other hand, I rarely use nail polish on my hands for two reasons: when I'm not working so much I am doing too many dish washing, etc. for it to last and when I am working, I feel it doesn't look as polished (this is just for me, I can admire it on others who can carry it off better than me) as trimmed and natural colored nails. While I'm fine with more adventurous colors, I like to keep all of my fingers one shade, and all of my toes one shade. I assume that most people won't bother to see if the odd color on my fingers happens to be the colors on my toes, and I think using multiple colors on your hands draws way more attention to the polish than sticking to just one color.
