The company went bankrupt - they are most likely attempting to sell their site and functionality, but are also misleading the public by pretending that they are still in business. As a former employee, I knew the chaos that ran the company. Leadership was desperate, people were hired and then fired, strategy constantly changing - and it eventually caught up with them. Also, as a former employee, I NEVER bought anything from them even with my employee discount. Their merchandise selection was terrible and a perfect fit. And it was an unpleasant company to work for. I'm so happy I left before it went under. I heard they laid off the employees one to two days before Christmas. They have sent me emails stating that they no longer accept returns,and suggest reselling the items on Ebay! I've contacted my Credit Card and the Better Business Bureau. I can't get through on their phone line, and they have not returned my multiple phone calls. Imagine Lands End or LL Bean receiving your returned items and then refusing to refund! You think they don't care about their customers? They don't care about their employees--they were all layed off 2 days before Christmas. There are great deals to be had while they get rid of all their inventory, but you can't return anything and your order will be shipped late. I have received all but one order so far. Everything fine, I am very happy except for one item that is too big and the other doesn't look as nice in person as in the picture but that's it. Excellent prices! I purchased from them whenever I wanted something and could get at least 25% off. </p> <p>I am so sorry they are going out of business, they were my favorite place to shop because most everything fit when I got it. Usually when I purchased from them, things got here in 1 or 2 days but I think they are just overwhelmed with orders given the sale and diminished staff. UPS must have dropped it off stealthily during the night. I ordered the day after Christmas, I think, so it's been awhile. Three items to flatter my S shape (?) I thought I was a Y. They are in perfect condition even though they were squooshed into the smallest poly envelope I have ever seen. Overall, I found the shopping experience pleasant.
