It seems to make skin look tanned and healthy. The hard part is to identify the best shade and that is in constant change. When I first found YLF, midtones were my best. Now I think icy shades look better. Before clear mid-tones I went for greyed or heathered colors. Before that it was deep jewel colors and before that, earth tones. (my hair was a deep auburn).
