I like the bottom tier and I usually don’t. It goes back to childhood and the way a tier was added to skirts and dresses that had gotten too short. I bought it for a special occasion and smiled the moment I put it on. Actually my hesitation was the tier. I didn’t know over 2 years ago that I was on the front of a trend.
