I do think it “wants” something big, but more of an overall oversize than elements of the blouse that compete with it. “Oversize” is relative of course. I think easy does it with the skirt. The blouse would be great with elegant pants or a midi skirt. </p> <p>Try your mini skirts with something more simple, like a T-shirt or a high-neck pullover.
