Good job!! Perhaps you are craving a little simplicity in your life. This makes sense. We all crave degrees of it because life is complicated no matter what. <br /><br />The way I see it, you have always spent the bulk of your fashion budget, and rightly so, on shoes - saying it is your complete weakness! So that has not changed. Toppers are a year round thing for us so spending money on that, and footwear, is a decision I stand behind by a billion percent. And that's for EVERYONE actually. I'll throw in bras, skincare, and your hair too. <br /><br />I also think that your need to look interesting, as you have put it, is achievable with less. I'm not suggesting a minimal style at all!! That is not your style persona. I mean from a visual stand point - whenever you wear a simple piece with an interesting one, the interesting piece stands out more - as does the focus on YOU, and not your outfit. You're an attractive lady Anna, with a killer smile and stunning glass green eyes. I love to see you first, and then the outfit! That makes your outfit shine even more. <br /><br />Sooooo back to the wardrobe, YES! Incorporate a simpler support act to the wackadoodle pieces. It's a beautiful thing!!! Jackets and shoes make my outfits, and I have truly been appreciating how versatile good basics are for all the stuff in between.&nbsp;<br /><br />I'm especially looking to do this for my summer wardrobe. I've been adding jackets quite often recently so I have that mostly sorted for various seasons. I don't wear heels and have a wider foot, so I do have trouble finding stylish shoes that are comfortable. And rugged enough to walk in the rocks/dirt.&nbsp; I also like to add either an interesting belt or necklace (or both) to feel "finished" in my tee's and jeans formula - esp. in summer when a jacket is only good for AC indoors.<br /><br />Thanks for sharing as this is a great reminder for me to focus on shoes a bit more than I have been.
