It's not easy to stick to one thing at a time, but to change eating and shopping habits at the same time? That's really a very big project. </p> <p>Since all your purchases were items that you either needed or that fit into your wardrobe really well, I wouldn't consider your shopping ban a fail. Every time you wear one of these pieces in the next 6-10 months, you could write it down somewhere. That way you will have feedback on how good your purchases were that you can use as a reference for shopping in the future. It will also make you feel better about stopping the shopping ban .</p> <p>I don't even want to mention navy, but I get you because I'm in love with the colour, too. This week I brought home a completely basic navy long-sleeved tee. Cheap, nothing special.
