I love the Julias, especially in the pewter/gold color. To me it looks more special than the black ones. The black are a sophisticated look, but there may be some other black pumps that come along, so I would lean against duplicating this style. It's such a comfortable heel, isn't it? I tried them on but the toe box felt a little too narrow, in my usual size and a half size up. So I am happy to admire them on you. I was able to get burgundy in my size and also ordered half a size larger in gray.<br /> My other purchase online was the VC mock turtleneck flower blouse in white with black flowers.<br /> Maybe I will try the Julias in black as well but I am afraid that if I order them they will kill the joy of the gold pair. Too much of a good thing may be bad. What do you think?<br /> I am adding picts at Nordies with the PG Julias. They have a nice 2" heel.<br /> The sideways pict is of the VC top I ordered.<br /> Unless I find something extremely compelling which would be a great dressy jacket, I think this will be it for this year. Maybe I will add some underwear, but that will be it.<br /> Oh and I also tried the AGLs with the block heels but I was in between sizes so neither worked. Pict 4 </p>
