I, too, would like to showcase my upper half with more fitted tops to go with the voluminous bottoms, but I still have to wear sweaters here. I would like to see these pieces mixed with some more modern, conservative or trendier pieces. Don't worry, you'll still see plenty of vintage-inspired outfits. For me, it doesn't have to be one or the other.</p> <p>I think of this look as "Urban Gypsy". It's like the lovechild of Edgy Urban Punk meets Ren Faire Devotee. Mix in a little Stevie Nicks, and you have the style I have pined for for years!</p> <p>I even put together a little capsule of mix-and-match components, so that I can keep myself in flowy, funky, fabulous outfits for days and days.</p> <p>The photos below are a sampling of looks so far. Details are on my blog, but only one post has gone up so far this week. </p>
