They are very lightweight, and are slides. I didn't want a strap because I am far too lazy and always in a rush to take the time.<br />These are a 10 out of 10 on the comfort factor. I couldn't be happier. They come in black and a pewter colour. For Canadians I purchased them at The Bay. </p>
