The site says the fabric is cotton and Elastine, it is mid weight, stretchy (but doesn't seem like it would stretch out), and machine washable. I'm thinking the olive would be a good choice for me for a fall jacket. I live where it is cool but not really cold for 3/4 of the year and this jacket is perfect. Because I moved here from the desert southwest, where it is hot for 3/4 of the year, my main shopping focus has been to find tops and toppers that will keep me warm.
