It's what my fine hair needs, or it looks like baby's hair. I bought a product called Bora by Glynt at my hairdresser. I've never used it before, though. It's a bit like wax, but it doesn't weight the hair down and it gives a more matte finish to the hair. The last time(s) I had short hair I used a tiny bit of wet-gel or styling cream from the drugstore. I rub it into my hands and just lightly touch the areas that need piecey-ness.</p> <p>Angie, I hope my new style will make me a bit more adventurous. </p> <p>Nadya, I usually don't let my stylist blowdry my hair but do it myself. I don't know if you can do it at your salon? I wanted a cut like Carey Mulligan (see photo 1) and I think my stylist did a great job!</p> <p>I initially thought I would post pictures in a day or two, when I've had time to get used to the new styling. But as my poor kids are sick again and sleeping/watching tv I had a bit of time to wash my hair and style it myself. As much as I love my hairstylist's cutting-skills, I feel he just is not as good at blowdrying my hair as I am. But then, I'm doing it every single day and know exactly which hairs need to be turned into which direction. :-)</p> <p>So after styling it the first time and also using the new product I bought, I'm really happy with my new cut. </p>
