They were too big all round (in the footbed also) but for sure the width of the calf and shaft height were no good. Lesson learned for me. They fit well on the calf and then gape on the last 2 inches of the top - like they are designed for taller calves than mine. I saw the video and they do increase the shaft height and the calf diameter so for size 12 it may be just too much for me. <br /><b>Laura</b>, I think you should try Born boots. The height and calf diameter are given for size 8 so if you are wearing bigger size they may work for you. In any case with free shipping and returns (and not having to drive over the border ) what do you stand to lose?<br /><b>Windchime</b>, I think you should try KUT skinnies - there is plenty of length there for the skinny style. They will also be good as ankle length if they end up being a bit short for you. Try them!<br /><b>Angie</b>, I could not believe how big the vest runs! I technically fitted into the second smallest size - unbelievable! Born boots were regulat calf. This is my usual problem with tall boots - for size 12 the shaft height is becoming too tall for me. The Naturalizer boots have even bigger height and calf width than the Borns so I am sure they will not fit. I tried Naturalizer boots on previous NAS and it was the same problem every time :-(&nbsp; As for the culottes - I think they cut with not enough room for the butt&nbsp; - kind of for flatter butt than mine. Size M did not have enough room to pull over my hips even!&nbsp; I was bummed too! As for LF trench - my purple LF trench is also size M and it is much roomier all over. Maybe this navy trench is cut for narrower shoulders than mine? It was fine fitting over the shirt but not comfortable enough fitting over a jacket. It is a gorgeous trench though!<br /><b>Lisa</b>, you should try to size up in KUTs, it made all the difference for me compared to my normal size.<br /><b>Una</b>, it is bizarre about the pants!&nbsp;They say 31" for size 8 - they are at least 33" in size 12. I will measure them at home just for fun.
