Also so many prints look different up close than they do in the online photos. Even though I think this looks nice on you, I can understand being a little turned off if it's not what you expected.&nbsp;</p> <p>I have the same style dress, and I would not remove the collar! I find it lays better than the other Jeanne style (or is it Julien) with no collar. The jumper version (exactly the same pattern and colour) that I bought is blush and black too - and it works well with my blush moto! I actually much prefer the blush myself. I get almost all my clothes altered. Since I'm so short, almost everything is too long, and often sleeves are too long on jackets. I think the DVF Julian Two style (3/4 sleeves and no collar) looks better on me, but I've never found one in a print I really like. So the plan is to alter this one to make it more like the other style.&nbsp;</p> <p>The fabric of the dress is really nice. I was outside on the balcony and it's very hot here today (100 degrees), and I actually found it fairly breezy. So that's a strong plus. I will definitely post full body photos tomorrow when the 8 arrives. Online, on my computer&nbsp;screen, it looks like an ivory background with black cheetah spots. I loved it! But now that I can see it in person, it's definitely not ivory. It's more like a blush color, with an ivory ring around the black cheetah spots (see first photo). I'm not in love with the print the way I was before, but that might be due to the unexpected "change" from my expectation. Also, it often&nbsp;takes a little while for things to grow on me and then I end up loving them, so I'm willing to give it a chance.&nbsp;</p> </p> <p>I'd love a 'yay' or 'nay' vote on how the print actually looks on me. A lot of DVF prints are on the cool side, and I have very warm skin and hair so cool colors generally don't look that good on me. I ordered a 10 for bust coverage, but then I broke down and ordered the 8 also just to see how they compare. I'll post photos of&nbsp;both sizes tomorrow when the 8 arrives.
