As for packing, we will probably have the movers do it as they move the stuff. We have no space here to pack ourselves over time, especially now that we don't leave. Anyway, if this goes through we are getting a deal. At least in NYC, the places that&nbsp; have been built or remodeled by "sponsors" are getting price cuts; re-sales aren't as people are more likely to want to recoup what they paid. The sponsors just want to move on to the next project. We bid on a resale first and the sellers were delusional and wouldn't even engage with the price we put in front of them. How exciting. We moved from 700 sf to 2700 sf and it took a while to furnish it. Of couse, that was 14 years ago and now I want to throw out everything from the den and replace it because it all seems "so 2005." LOL The other rooms have aged better.
