I have a hard time finding flattering trousers (length and waist/hips ratio issues) and I'm glad to read that my efforts and patience were worth it! Thank you Zaeobi for your idea of a lighter column of color for #4, it may indeed help! My issue with this outfit as workwear is the emphasis the contrast and silhouette put on my hips. I'm not sure why exactly you wouldn't feel comfortable wearing #4 to work, but could it be something to do with the extreme colour contrast? Why not try using the same topper but create the column of colour effect with a slightly lighter colour than black instead (like navy blue or grey), & see how that goes? I think #1 is my favourite -- I like the light-neutral colour palette (and I'm a sucker for stripes). And I love the proportions in #4. The bolero definitely works over a column of black and the necklace is a great accent against the black background. The robot bag is amazing! I love your idea of adding some black in the upper body for #1, maybe the floral scarf I mentioned in my answer to hgr, or a fossil necklace I'm pretty sure I have somewhere... I always had sizing issues with Mango, especially for trousers. I have several styles from them because they are one of the only stores of the neighbourhood whose pants are long enough for me, but the sizing is very inconsistent. These olive trousers are a size 40 (FR). I have black flare jeans in size 42, and blue flare jeans in size 44. And they all fit well... I received the floral scarf yesterday (it waited in my browser favourites for so long!) and you're right it would be nice with outfit #4! Concerning the V-necks, I love them but for some reason I never find ones that I like - except from basic v-neck t-shirts. Outfit #4 looks like a cute outfit for date night.  I noticed you purchased a beautiful floral scarf in your collection.  Maybe you could wear the scarf around your neck with this outfit?  Do you ever wear v neck tops?  I think you would look great in them.  Also, I noticed you have this beautiful navy pinstriped jacket in your collection.  Have you ever worn it to work with your jeans/trousers?  It looks very sharp.
