The only reason I ended up not getting is, is that I have a rule against bright white (and those white stripes were brighter than shows in the picture). I've ended up feeling not-great about items containing that color that I've brought into my closet in the past.</p> <p>Brooklyn, our weather has been all over the place. We went to a soccer game last weekend and it was in the low 40s (around 6° C), but the mid-week, the high was 82 (28° C). These transitional seasons are wacky.</p> <p>Kiwigal, I think those sandals are in for a good run. It's kind of odd that American Eagle carried them, because they're made by a company called Bed Stu. I've been following them on Instagram, and they have some GREAT options. I might have to go back for more from them, come fall.</p> <p>Aida - I've been trying to add more pattern to my wardrobe, but old habits die hard!</p> <p>Staysfit - I kept trying on full-length maxi dresses and not liking them. Eddie Bauer cargo joggers and black linen tee with my new Puma sneakers.</p> <p>Photo 5: Burgundy skinnies with taupe sweater and lace-topped tank peeking underneath. Frye oxfords hidden by my gigantic bag.</p> <p>Photo 6: BF jeans and olive linen tee (the twin to the tee in #4)</p> <p>Photo 7: Ochre chinos, floral blouse, cardigan.</p> <p>Photo 8: BF jeans, plain black tee, cardigan, ankle boots</p> <p>Photo 9: BF jeans, ruched drapeneck tee, sandals!</p> <p>Your comments welcome!
