If you go for the grey, see if you can get the absolute truest idea of the grey tone -- greys vary so much between warm and cool, and it can throw you off. I have a couple of grey bags and they definitely read as different colors and can kind of clash with other greys. I just chose a citron Kate Spade bag (the "fun" choice) over a white summer bag (the "smart" choice). <br />I don't at all regret the citron, although it will not have the longevity of a white bag. Mine is greyish - I think the colour is called taupe. I don't know if the one you are spotting is lighter but I find this colour very versatile. I use it all year round and it doesn't get dirty (or at least you can't see it ;-)) Ornella has a point though with black bag and black hair. In the past, I would feel more inclined to splurge on black, thinking it would get the most wear. Having had a medium gray bag and worn it out in a couple of years, I have to say, you might be better ff with gray, especially given your love of colors.
