If you want to make it more polished you might try it with a blazer. Something fitted with waist definition like VB cuts would give it more authority. Also would be super cute. Check out Wendy’s look book. She love OTK boots. This outfit does that for me. Those boots are not unusual where I live, in Berlin. We are traveling right now (in a rural Midwestern area where I wouldn’t even wear my stompy lug boots unless I wanted a whole lot of stares) and I honestly can’t remember how people wear them, other than with tights and something short on top. I like how yours bookend your hair and the contrast with your T-neck. It sounds like you dress for yourself and your own enjoyment, because you list items most people won’t see.
