I waited 4 weeks for one item because it was made incorrectly the first time.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>The site is VERY user friendly! One of the best around. Impressed.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>The apple green shirt came&nbsp;first and I liked it! The colour&nbsp;launched me into orbit. Oversized, but not too bad. Bigger on me than on the model, but it&nbsp;worked. I&nbsp;wear oversized shirts in Summer, so all good. Very breezy and comfy! But it had a flaw on the&nbsp;pocket - see pics - so back it went. Quite nice quality, though.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>The navy pants&nbsp;were VERY oversized and more black&nbsp;than blue. They fit well in&nbsp;the&nbsp;waist, but&nbsp;swallowed me up everywhere else. Rise&nbsp;too long - I have a short rise for my&nbsp;height (5ft 6). And the width was too&nbsp;much. I did NOT pull off the look!&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>The floral shirt&nbsp;came and it wasn't crisp. The colours too earthy for my liking somehow, and the&nbsp;blue too cobalt and royal blue. But it was soft and pretty.&nbsp;Fit like the&nbsp;green one. Nice quality.</li> </ul> <p> <div>Customer&nbsp;service was VERY&nbsp;attentive.&nbsp;They were AMAZING!<u>&nbsp;One of the best&nbsp;I've experienced</u>. They absorbed&nbsp;the&nbsp;feedback like a sponge&nbsp;and were extremely proactive. Shipping is free in the US,&nbsp;and my&nbsp;orders&nbsp;have already been refunded! </p> <p>I could order the green shirt again and hope it's not flawed next time round - but I'm not going to because I didn't love it enough to wait another month to get it.
