Somehow the sleeve length works for me even though I don’t have terribly long arms. I tried unzipping the arms and just folded the end of the sleeve up to see how it would feel to take the hand-covering part off, and I think that works for me, but I can understand not liking that feel. The lack of closure didn't turn out to be the deal breaker though, it's the sleeves. </p> <p>I have long skinny arms and even so, the sleeves on this are too long and skinny for me. I knew I hate thumb holes, but figured I could scrunch a little and just not use them. But the sleeves are kind of stiff from the elbows down due to the leather, and so not very scrunchable. They do have zippers, but unzipped and flapping just looks silly so you are left with the option of using the thumb holes or just covering up half your hand. Also, being so fitted through the arms would really limit what kind of top you could wear under it...thin sweaters only or less I would think.&nbsp;</p> <p>These things make it a pass for me. Too bad, because the draping is cool looking and I think it would be great for my climate.&nbsp; </p>
