I hadn't heard of them. Chux magic erasers I did know about but not for the shoe context.&nbsp; I had a good look at the bared shoe website - would need to know if they stock over here in the west as I don't buy shoes online - my feet are so fussy that, for instance, only some zieras are comfortable, not others. There is patent cleaner. And the chux magic erasers remove scuff marks you would see on patent. I have had no probs with Ziera patent... I clicked on "Southern Hemisphere" on the Ziera website and then was able to find it. Whew!</p> <p>I do think that the red shoe is smart looking. I'd go for it!&nbsp;</p> <p>I don't know much about patent leather. I suspect it would scuff if you wear them a lot. But maybe you'd just have to polish them frequently. I suppose you could call a cobbler and ask about the maintenance of&nbsp;patent leather.
