The red color is gorgeous. I loved it but I really needed black. That's interesting that you had to go up in size - I got my regular size and it was fine, there is even extra room in the toe. My feet are on the narrow side though. I haven't worn mine mainly because I was in denial about fall and was trying to wear my ballet flats as long as possible, and then as the weather turned bad we went on a beach vacation and just got back. I also wasn't sure if I was going to keep them, because of the expense and my job uncertainty. Angie had suggested I order 1/2 size up--and I did, and they fit perfectly. Were you able to wear your true size? I feel a little self conscious about the larger size. I know 1/2 a size doesn't make my feet look that much bigger, but the color attracts enough attention. I just feel like my feet look big--but I know it's mostly in my head.
