The cardi color is super, and I agree with everyone else about the skirt length: just a tad shorter will look even better, as it will show the smallest part of the calves. I actually wouldn't go 2-3 inches up, probably just an inch. I have been struggling with an auto-immune disorder which caused me to rapidly gain weight the past year and have been hating to look in the mirror.
