Sorry that you cannot wear mules. Maybe you have low volume feet? I find that style of shoes easier for high volume feet and high instep. However, not all mules are created equal. The very flat ones don't fall off my feet but I have to "work" with my toes to keep them on, not worth it.<br /> A little bit of heel is best and also the pitch of the shoe has to do with how well it stays on and how comfortable it is. They probably run wide because I did not need to size up.<br /> If you have regular or low volume feet you may need to size down.<br /> I got them in the nice taupe suede and the fringe detail is fun. The only thing I would prefer them to have is some non-slip rubber soles.<br /> I cannot wear them outside now but I think they will be great for Spring.<br /> Ummlila recently posted about some nice white mules that she is considering.<br /> Have you found any mules that you like? </p>
