For some reason "High Rise" these days means just below the navel, not above it, I don't know why. Even when I am quite skinny I find lower rises manage to capture any ounce of anything extra and squoosh it out.</p> <p>However, with the jeans I love that emphasize my lesser-favorite parts, I find a tunic top - one that goes to my hip-bone - hides many sins. I can see here the the tops, particularly with the slightly mussed tuck, is skimming over, not clinging to, any softer areas, and the pants are festive and a edgy.
