There was a change to the insurance policy on the condo that was needed and wasn’t too hard. I also found out the third unit (of three) had it sale fall through, likely because it took too long. That explains why the seller started pressuring us all of a sudden. His pressure would have been more useful weeks before. Ugh. Anyway, it’s done. </p> <p>One of my cats love high spots so I’m not surprised she found a high closet perch.
