My boss and a couple of co-workers are mothers of young kids, and have been balancing working and childcare/home schooling for the past 7 weeks. Would it be appropriate for me to send a note acknowledging this and wishing them a happy Mother’s Day?&nbsp;<br />I was thinking of something like this for my team<br />Happy Mother’s Day. I want to thank you for what you have done for the last 7 weeks. It’s hard enough to manage this work from home thing, planning and forecasting for something we’ve never seen, but managing to do that and managing your kids, well i think that qualifies as a super power.&nbsp;<br />If this weird? Not appropriate? What do you think? (I’d change it up a little for my boss, and thank her for her support) </p>
