I also like wearing a jacket with shorts, so in order not to be seasonally confused, it has to be a light cotton or linen blend utility or safari type thing. The other piece is indeed a chain which is adjustable (designed for the ankle as well) . I'm lucky in that I have small and defined ankles, so jewellery is super-comfortable. My only fear is losing them and not noticing . &nbsp;</p> <p><b>Janet</b> - when I first bought these slides, I debated quite a few days before wearing and committing. They struck me as veering toward too orthopaedic and matronly ....and for the first year, I was still a little self conscious in them. But after wearing them enough, I stopped caring or noticing the frump factor, and they've become total workhorses. &nbsp;I also really love having a blue sandal for summer that isn't navy. &nbsp;</p> <p><b>Brooklyn</b> - 22C is typical here in June . It does get a lot, lot warmer in July and August I love this weather though ! &nbsp; As to Insta "shops" - they aren't shops so much as they are the pages made by resellers who feature their latest finds - usually in stories . You send a message enquiring about the status of what you like, and if available, it's sold to the first person to do an etransfer. It's pretty fun, actually, and these women take great care to wrap up your purchases in boho-vintage style (that's just who I follow though ) including sweet little notes, and it's all very pleasant ! &nbsp;Following one usually leads you to a few more, and I now have a little group of about 6-7 women I look at every day. Maybe you've all been into this for ages - what do I know?   I've been picking up some home goods, some accessories and the odd clothing item, and really having fun with this!  It's scratching my itch for home accessories with personality , and my new interest in buying preloved clothing and accessories when I can. This jacket and scarf are both from one business, called Pop &amp; Em.  I'm kicking myself for not getting into this myself years ago - although Instagram wasn't even an idea back then (and it's the perfect platform for this ) but man, the stuff I gave away that someone is likely buying and reselling ??? I could have made a small fortune ;)</p> <p>Shoe note: just realized all of my <b>"good" summer sandals/slides/wedges </b>etc are from <b>Fly. </b>Never saw that one coming. I used to think they were too kooky, but they have some really great styling now.  I probably have 7-8 pair at this point.  </p> <p>Anyways - <b>all outfit comments, suggestions welcome as always</b>.  And tell me about <b>second day hair - can you do it?</b> Mine is ok for days when I don't need to be out or see anyone, and I really should have washed it this morning . By midafternoon it's a gross disaster.  No movement whatsoever.  Probably all the product I goop into it.  I also promise you that my head is not as giant as it looks in photos.  Seriously.  I have a little face and head, according to my hair stylist.  Odd camera angle I think.  </p>
