I think the length is fine. It hits slightly below my hip bones in front. The back is a little longer. I guess that's hard to tell in the photo. Maybe the layers distort proportions? The sleeves may in fact be short. I have long swimmers arms. They're great for pulling through water quickly; they're awful for fitting into Blazers and long sleeves of any sort. </p> <p>In any case, I plan to keep the floral jacket. I like it with my pink sheath dress. I think it's ok the way I photographed it here. I've gotten plenty of negative feedback here on items I like in real life. I will admit, it can make me feel less good about wearing them, but I know it shouldn't, and it usually doesn't. I know that not everything I like will be everyone's cup of tea. And not everything I like will <i>look</i> entirely consistent with my style as it appears here on YLF. In fact, I like it slightly better than the J.Crew, and I'm a J.Crew gal at heart. Paige Denim Tati ladder stitch linen top. &nbsp;I probably wouldn't have posted this but someone (sorry I cannot recall who) said they were having trouble finding non-sheer linen tops. &nbsp;Here is one that isn't too bad. &nbsp;I think I can get away without a layer underneath. &nbsp;I ordered two sizes and decided on the larger for this one. &nbsp;I like the drape.</p> <p>5. &nbsp;Another linen shirt, Velvet by Graham and Spencer. &nbsp;This one seems maybe a bit small or short for me? &nbsp;I'm not sure if I should keep it? &nbsp;The color may be a bit on the warm side for my wardrobe.</p> <p>6. &nbsp;I didn't take a picture, but I also purchased the DVF Esti cotton blouse. &nbsp;I really like that one. &nbsp;It's comfortable and I love the color. &nbsp;In the picture it looks like it may be similar to the Velvet by Graham and Spencer top. &nbsp;The collar and the hem line look different on the two tops IRL.</p> </p>
