I can't wear heels at all, unfortunately. I actually have those Sofft shoes in my shopping basket on 6pm.com, but I think I need to skip over them. I tried the Sofft Pilar flats once and they were one of the most uncomfortable flats I have ever tried, and these are basically the same but with a strap. In fact I am extremely disappointed with Sofft in general. I also ordered the Raya sandal and it was incredibly uncomfortable, even though it looked foolproof online. Sofft also tends to make very stiff shoes in my experience, which I find very ironic.
