				<description>&#060;p&#062;Calling customer service didn't result in anything last time I called. I'll try again but I'm not very good at this sort of thing. I tend to get flustered and on the verge of tears. San, I agree. I think the recession might have made them more reluctant to help than in the past. I'd honestly be surprised if I even go a $10 gift card out of it.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;The bank is blaming Nordstrom, Nordstrom is blaming the bank. All I know is that I have been charged for an overdraft twice when I had more than enough money in my account and that is not right. I'm inclined to believe it is Nordstrom's fault because if it were the bank's fault, this sort of thing would happen all the time. I do a lot of online shopping and never had this problem.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;The second problem that happened yesterday is clearly Nordstrom's fault. I have no idea how they deposited such a totally unrelated and incorrect amount into my account. It isn't even a typo. Unfortunately since that is something that happened in the store, I don't think calling customer service will help. I will have to call the store tomorrow since it is closed today.

&#060;p&#062;You all remember when I placed my last order, I got charged twice for it. Well it isn't ending there.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;When I went to return the old shoes and buy the new ones, there was only a few dollars' difference. It should have gone fairly smoothly: Deduct $4 from my account. This was done IN STORE, not online. How it could not happen as expected is beyond me.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Instead, I have been refunded the wrong amount (quite a bit less than I should have been refunded), and charged the correct amount, resulting in yet another overdraft. I AM FURIOUS. Why does this keep happening? The amount on my receipt does not match the amount that is showing up in my account. Not even close.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My bank isn't cooperating and neither is the store, so I got screwed for something I didn't even do.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am probably going to call the store tomorrow and ask for them to cancel the order and refund the correct amount for both pairs of shoes. I just don't want to deal with them anymore. I just want my money back. Not even the fabulous yellow shoes are worth it. I know Nordstrom is *the* YLF store, but they have caused me enough grief and their alleged superior customer service is a total farce as far as I am concerned. This is probably the worst shopping experience i have ever endured.
