There's definitely a purple undertone to the color, but I'd still call it in the red family, not purple family. Dried blood isn't a terrible description. In pics. This sweater is really nice and exactly what I wanted it to be, but I just can't justify the price right now with all the other things I'm crazy in love with and want to keep.&nbsp;<br /> 3. &nbsp;The neck is weird.<br /> 4. &nbsp;Beautiful and terrible, scratchy feeling.<br /> 5. &nbsp;See pics. &nbsp;It's too big. &nbsp;I'm considering sizing down. </p>
