&#060;p&#062;I know I got a package for another woman on my block also named Elizabeth. I almost opened it, too, as I glanced and saw my name but couldn't figure out what I had ordered. I noticed it was from a store I don't; shop at, so I looked again.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am betting it showed the package delivered for her, too, even though they were 3 houses off.&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Peri, I haven't had a chance to comment here but I am grabbing a quick minute now to say how frustrated I am on your behalf. And I truly identify because this month I have been going through the same thing!&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;My Zara package never came and Purolator says they delivered. We were both home, so if they delivered, they did not ring the bell. Someone must have taken the package. Now Zara is refusing to refund the money. I am furious and upset.&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I also had a Club Monaco delivery snafu, but that one worked out in the end, thank goodness, and at least I got my items.&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I will say they are not my favorites. Of the department stores I've ordered from, Nordstrom is still first place by far, then Bloomingdales, and very recently, Saks, which was terrible, but is now rapidly moving into a competitive, and potentially surpassing, position with Bloomingdales.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;That is so frustrating. As a precaution maybe you should order what you wanted again, on the phone with customer service recording the events. Maybe you can work out a replacement arrangement with them? I doubt they're going to want to destroy their relationship with you for the price of the single item.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Now I'm really mad! The FedEx driver went back to where he says he remembered leaving the package and &#034;couldn't find it&#034;. Obvious admission that it wasn't my house, because no FedEx truck has been here. So, I have a claim ID# that is supposed to be proof that the package is lost.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;However calling Neiman Marcus, they still need to &#034;look into it&#034; with FedEx and that will take 10 days. Well, FedEx is done looking into it and I got that information in 10 minutes. Why is NM taking 10 days before they credit my account? I swear on the YLF bible, that is my first and last purchase from Neiman Marcus.&#060;/p&#062;
