Well DH was not much help either - he asked that I keep both tiered dresses as well as the blue dress...:) I returned the green dress and came back with a few more things I need to photograph and post...

Talk about great shopping Makrame! LOVE that blue top on you and it looks stellar with the white jeans. The blazer is a definite keeper - great looking on you. For some reason, I'm not feeling either dress in pic #3 but absolutely adore BOTH of the dresses in pic #4 - I'm not going to be much help in helping you decide on colour I'm afraid.

I like the sweater and the jacket. The blue dress is ok but it's not blowing my skirt up. if it'll fill a need in your wardrobe I think it's fine. I like the jeggings and those floral prints are everywhere right now. I prefer the tan stripe dress a bit but I'd choose whichever would work best with toppers etc.

Really like the blue sweater, keep keep keepity keep ;). Between the two dresses, I actually like the navy/coral one much better, printed jeans from Old navy are cute too! Great haul.

Big yay for the Vince sweater from #1 (and #5 also?).

Sorry I'm not a fan of either dress in picture #3.

Love the b/w striped dress in picture #4.

Printed jeggings from #5 are cute on you, I vote keep.

(I'm neutral on the blazer in #2.)

I hear you on the blue dress, it is fine but maybe you can do better? I love the navy/red combo on you in #4. In the photo is seems to really pop against your skin tone.

Now I've read the other opinions everyone seems to like the beige and black combo but I am going to stick with the brighter one as my preference. All great choices really so you cannot go wrong with whatever you decide.

LOVE that sweater on you. It is absolutely gorgeous. Keep that baby and wear it as often as you can. It looks fantastic with your white jeans!

The jacket looks really good -- in fact you are tempting me to try it myself. I had considered it.

I like the blue dress but like Isis I am not such a fan of that type of sleeve. However, if it doesn't bother you, go for it - the fit is nice. My other concern would be length. It's not "too short" but might feel that way on sitting. Is there any seam allowance to let it down a tiny bit?

I prefer the black and beige of the two stretchy dresses.

And I really like the jeans - they are a lot of fun!

Great shopping haul, and lovely to see you post.

Thanks everyone, I am glad the sweater looks good (I am still adjusting to the oversized trend but I am smitten with the color and texture). I am looking forward to wearing it over white jeans. I do think the black and beige dress will be more versatile so that's probably a keeper, too.

Firecracker, I was not sure about the print of the blue dress but I don't know why - it just reminded me of something slightly old-fashioned but I don't know why. Isis - I am not a big fan of this type of sleeves either but it is nice to have a bit more coverage for work. Need to think about the blue dress some more.

Great finds!

Love the vince sweater, especially with white jeans. keep!
Also love the blazer; the smaller size is great. keep!

The blue dress looks OK---I hesitate because I don't like those kinds of sleeves. Would prefer it to be sleeveless. I would return.

Striped dress is great! I like the black/white, especially if the fit is better! Keep!

The jeggings are hard to see, but look like they fit well. Do you like the print? If so, keep!
Love #1 - I have a combo very similar to this, and find the shade of blue in the sweater fantastic for brunettes. Also love the blazer - and am thinking it will look FAB with the white pants in pic 1. I vote black and beige for the dress - more on trend, and versatile.

Lovely choices. Love the sweater with the white jeans - keep. Love the jacket - keep. I prefer the blue dress over the green and think it will be great for spring summer. It looks good IMO. I like the black/beige dress better - but I have to say that I am not a fan of red and also the fit of the black does seem better.

I like all of these choices.. .
Blue sweater is fab on you, definitely keep! Love it with the white jeans.
Love the jacket, great fit--keep!
Blue print dress looks good; I don't think the print is dated, but why do you ask? (Maybe there's an aspect to it I don't see?) I also don't think it's too short for work, but you should consider your comfort level in it.
I really like #4 on you even better, and I prefer the black/cream combo, as it looks more versatile. You could dress it up easier than the red/navy, I think.
The jeggings look like a great fit on you. I'm not a big fan of that particular print (a little dainty, I guess, for my taste), but they do look fun, and the print looks very subtle.

Just like some of the other YLFabbers, I returned some items to GAP/Loft only to get some more. It's a follow up on this post http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....blazer-cor ) Would love your opinions!

#1 is actually from Nordstrom - Vince oversized sweater (high-low hem). Nice thin cotton - definitely spring or summer weight.

#2 - GAP chambray academy blazer in s smaller size (6) - slightly less baggy. I think it's a keep since it is rare to find a lightweight cotton blazer that looks good.

#3 - found this blue dress at the Loft. It is cut more generously than the green dress so the side view is much better (nothing sticks out, unlike the green dress, which needs to be returned). What do you think of this print - dated or not? I am thinking of this dress as something that could be worn to work in the summer, unless it is too short for work.

#4 - trying to decide on the color: black and beige or navy and red? For some reason, the black/beige has a slightly better fit on top but it is not a deal breaker.

#5 - Old Navy Rockstar - nice spring/summer weight "jeggings" (lighter than regular denim). What do you think of this print (small floral pattern) and the cut?
